#227 Looking Back

This horse caught me because of the focus of his gaze.
I don’t know what he was looking at, could have been one
of fifteen things going on around us.

He was an intelligent horse,
knew that the moment I laid eyes on him.
This horse thinks and comes to conclusions.
These can be challenging horses to ride.
They don’t always take your word for what needs to be done.

He is a challenge, yet able to please.
